Welcome to the Cumberland County Republican Women’s Club

Welcome to the Web site of the Cumberland County Republican Women’s Club. The CCRWC is a member of the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women which is headquartered in Washington, D.C. Our two membership requirements are that a woman be registered as a Republican with a state board of elections and that she pay our annual $28 dues. Men and women are welcome to join us as associate members for $15.

Our major focus is to elect Republicans, men and women, to public office, to support their efforts, to let them know we appreciate their hard work and dedication to the people of our community, state and nation, and to hold them accountable as elected Republican officials. We actively participate in campaigning and promoting Republican goals and values such as smaller government, lower taxes to encourage economic development and personal responsibility while at the same time providing leadership training and opportunities for Republican women.

The CCRWC meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at Highland Country Club in Fayetteville, N.C. at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the sumptuous dinner buffet is $20 per person or $3 for non-eating.

Our programs include persons of local and state political interest, state officers of the NCFRW and regular updates from our associate members who are City Councilmen. CCRWC members include women have held elective office, served as county campaign managers and women who have served on state and national campaigns and women who serve on the NCFRW Board of Directors.

ORGANIZATION GOALS:
A. To increase the effectiveness of women in the cause of good government.
B. To promote an informed public through political education and activity.
C. To foster and encourage loyalty to the Republican Party and to promote its principles and ideals.
D. To work for Republican candidates in all elections including non-partisan elections.
E. To support the objectives of the Republican National, State, and Central District Executive Committees, and to work for the election of Republican Party candidates.
